Step-by-Step
How to Sell at JBF
Follow these five steps and you'll be ready to drop off and start selling!
Step 1
Register
Sign up as a consignor to unlock your online tagging account, your Seller Resources, and get started tagging!
Step 2
Gather Your Items
Walk through your home and collect items your kids have outgrown or no longer use. Items should be new (with or without tags) or in gently used, clean condition.
Check everywhere — you'll be surprised what you find!
Pro Tip
Sort by category as you gather — make a pile of books, then shoes, then clothes by size. This makes tagging and drop-off much faster!
Step 3
Prep Your Items
Hang clothing, pair shoes, wipe down outdoor gear, and package toys. Prepped items sell better and move faster on the sales floor.
All prep guides and category-specific videos are available in your Seller Resources. You'll find step-by-step instructions for clothing, shoes, toys, bedding, and more.
Step 4
Price & Tag Your Items
A JBF tag is a price tag you create for each item in our online system. Log in on any phone, tablet, or computer — enter your items, set your own prices, and print the tags on white card stock at home.
Once printed, attach each tag to your item with a tagging gun or safety pin. That's it — you're ready to drop off.
Step 5
Drop Off Your Items
Bring your tagged items to the Delaware State Fairgrounds on drop-off day. It's easy! You drop off according to category on the sales floor.

Now Go Shop!
As a consignor you earn the best shopping perks of the sale — you get in before the public and can bring friends for free.
Consignor Presale
You get a free presale ticket — shop Wednesday, Nov 5th before the public doors open
Free Tickets for Friends
Pick up free public sale tickets for friends and family at drop-off — They will be in the consignor packet we hand to you at check-in.
Step 7
Pick Up or Donate
After the sale ends, you have two options for your unsold items. Pick them up on Monday, Nov 10th — or mark them to donate and let us handle the rest.

There are local JBF Parents that will tag for you! We have a list of sellers that are recomended VIP Taggers. They are experianced in tagging and will meet you for a drop off. It's a great way to still sell without doing all the prep yourself!
